You’re an experienced operator who understands that good work is about more than moving dirt. You know how to work safely around people, equipment, utilities, grades, and changing site conditions.

About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Operate heavy equipment safely and efficiently
- Support excavation, grading, trenching, and backfill work
- Work around utilities, slopes, trenches, and active crews
- Read and follow grades, layouts, and site direction
- Complete daily equipment checks and basic maintenance
- Communicate clearly with foremen, supervisors, and ground crew
- Help keep projects safe, organized, and productive
A Note About Location
Our head office is in Chilliwack, but most of our work is on jobsites throughout the Lower Mainland. You’ll usually commute directly to site, not to the Chilliwack office.

What We Need From You
- Previous heavy equipment operating experience
- Experience in civil construction, earthworks, or site servicing
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to commute to jobsites around the Lower Mainland
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Strong communication, reliability, and jobsite awareness
- Ability to work safely around crews, equipment, and utilities
- Willingness to follow our Health & Safety Program
