About You
You have experience on civil construction sites and understand the pace, physical demands, and teamwork it takes to keep a job moving. You know how to work safely, follow direction, support the crew, and step in where needed.

About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Support pipe, utility, and grading work
- Assist with trenching, backfill, and compaction
- Use compactors, pumps, saws, and hand tools
- Follow site layouts, grades, and direction
- Help maintain safe, organized worksites
- Support production and crew efficiency
A Note About Location
Our head office is in Chilliwack, but most of our work is on jobsites throughout the Lower Mainland. You’ll usually commute directly to site, not to the Chilliwack office.

What We Need From You
- Previous civil construction experience
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to commute to jobsites around the Lower Mainland
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and jobsite awareness
- Willingness to follow our Health & Safety Program
