About the Role

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with site preparation and cleanup
  • Follow all safety procedures and site instructions
  • Use hand tools and small equipment safely
  • Support excavation, grading, pipework, and utility installation tasks
  • Prep, dig, spread, and level construction materials
  • Load, unload, carry, and organize materials, tools, and supplies

A Note About Location

Our head office is in Chilliwack, but most of our work is on jobsites throughout the Lower Mainland. You’ll usually commute directly to site, not to the Chilliwack office.

What We Need From You

  • A valid driver’s license
  • Ability to commute to jobsites around the Lower Mainland
  • Proficiency in English
  • Physical fitness and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • A positive attitude and ability to follow instructions
  • Willingness to follow our Health & Safety Program
