We're looking for experienced Pipe Layers who know that good pipework takes skill, focus, and attention to detail. You know how to work safely in and around trenches, follow grades, read site direction, and support the crew around you.
You take pride in clean, accurate work and understand how important proper installation is to the success of a project. You’re looking for steady, year-round work, strong wages, and a company that values skilled people who do things the right way.
THE MANDATE
01 — LAY IT RIGHT
Install pipe to the right grade, slope, and alignment. Prepare bedding, make connections, and support testing and tie-ins.
02 — KNOW YOUR GROUND
Read plans and layouts, understand grades, and know what good installation looks like before it gets covered.
03 — WORK AS A CREW
Stay connected with operators, supervisors, and the people around you. Underground work only works when the crew does.
04 — TAKE PRIDE IN IT
Clean installs. Accurate work. Safe trenches. Leave behind work you'd be confident putting your name on.

What YOU BRING
- Previous pipe laying experience
- Experience in civil construction
- Ability to read grades, plans, and follow site direction
- A valid driver’s license
- Ability to commute to jobsites around the Lower Mainland
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English
- Strong communication, reliability, and jobsite awareness
- Ability to work safely in trenches and around equipment
- Willingness to follow our Health & Safety Program
