Overview
METRIC. was completed the site servicing and civil infrastructure for a new school development, supporting the project from early earthworks through to final site preparation.
The scope included underground storm, sanitary, and water systems, a sanitary pump station, stormwater management infrastructure, bulk excavation, engineered fill, site grading, drainage, roadworks, and erosion and sediment control.
Work was completed in coordinated phases, resulting in a fully serviced and prepared site ready for building, parking, and future sports field development.

Challenge
Incomplete and conflicting design information created uncertainty in the field, increasing the risk of delays, cost impacts, and work stoppages.
