Overview
Delivered full site servicing and civil infrastructure for a new school development, including installation of storm, sanitary, and water systems with a sanitary pump station and stormwater management infrastructure. Scope included perimeter and parkade drainage, bulk excavation, subgrade preparation, and placement and compaction of engineered fill. Site grading was completed for buildings, parking, and future sports fields, along with backfill and subbase preparation for structural and paved areas. Erosion and sediment control measures were implemented and maintained throughout construction. Work was delivered in coordinated phases, integrating underground servicing, grading, and roadworks into a fully developed site ready for use.
Challenge
Incomplete and conflicting design information created uncertainty in the field, increasing the risk of delays, cost impacts, and work stoppages.
