UFV Student Housing

Completed site preparation and civil works for the University of the Fraser Valley Student Housing development delivered in collaboration with Clark Builders under an Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) model. Scope included demolition, bulk and detailed excavation with shotcrete shoring systems, and subgrade and base preparation for structural and paved areas. A complete underground servicing package was installed and integrated with municipal infrastructure, with erosion and sediment control measures implemented and maintained throughout construction. Close coordination with project partners enabled efficient sequencing across multiple scopes, delivering a fully prepared site for vertical construction.
